This report summarises an inspection that reviewed the safety, effectiveness, caring approach, responsiveness, and leadership of the service. The inspection found that significant improvements have been made since the previous review, addressing areas that previously required attention.
Regarding safety, residents generally feel secure and well-supported. While staff follow robust recruitment practices and there are usually sufficient staff to meet needs, the home is looking into how people receive crushed medicines safely and improving the recording of topical medicine applications.
