Mid Meadows is a care home in Frinton-on-Sea that provides accommodation and personal care for up to 22 adults with physical disabilities and/or learning difficulties. The home is designed to help residents live full, meaningful lives with a strong focus on choice, independence, and personal growth. During the unannounced inspection in August 2019, residents shared that the staff made them feel safe and valued, and that life at the home was happy and purposeful.

Residents benefit from an exceptional approach to safety that actively involves them in managing risks and gaining confidence to live independently. The environment is well-maintained and clean, and robust recruitment processes ensure that suitable staff are hired, with residents even participating in the interview process.
