In its leadership, the service is well-led, with regular quality checks used to drive improvements in safety and resident outcomes. Staff feel well-supported and understand their roles, and the registered manager has good oversight and is approachable for residents and relatives. The manager is proactive in notifying CQC of significant events and has a clear vision for the service.
