The provider ensures information is accessible to everyone, adapting communication methods as needed. While an activities programme is under development to increase engagement, individual support is readily available.

Finally, the service is very well-led. The registered manager inspires and motivates the team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care, fostering a culture of commitment and creativity. The provider actively seeks feedback and has established strong relationships with health and social care professionals, ensuring a collaborative approach to care.
