Finally, in terms of leadership, staff felt well-supported by the management team and were encouraged to raise concerns or suggest improvements. Regular staff meetings were held, with actions recorded and followed up. The management actively monitored the quality of care, sought feedback from various stakeholders, and worked to ensure residents' needs were met. The home had established systems for managing complaints, ensuring they were addressed appropriately.
