Finally, the leadership at The Hamlet was found to be strong, with a clear management structure and a commitment to high-quality care. Staff reported feeling well-supported by the manager, and governance systems, including audits, were improved to ensure consistent and appropriate care delivery. Relatives also expressed confidence in the management's ability to address any concerns promptly.
