Responsiveness to residents' needs was a key strength, with the service excelling in supporting individuals to learn new skills and maintain their independence. Activities were planned around residents' needs and preferences, encouraging them to pursue their interests. The home also demonstrated an exceptional ability to support residents in expressing themselves, ensuring their wishes and choices were understood and acted upon.
Finally, in terms of leadership, the service was well-led. The registered manager fostered a positive working environment, with staff reporting good support and enjoying their roles. They worked collaboratively with health and social care providers to deliver an effective service, consistently taking into account the views of residents and their families.
