Hithermoor House is a specialized care home currently accommodating two adults with physical disabilities and complex healthcare needs. Healthcare needs are managed proactively through prompt communication with GPs, district nurses, and specialists, resulting in stable blood glucose levels for one resident. Staff strictly follow the Mental Capacity Act, consistently seeking daily consent, assessing capacity, and respecting residents' right to make informed personal choices about their lifestyle and treatment.
