Regarding how responsive the service is, it is well-organised to meet people's needs. The service operates as an extension of the day care, ensuring staff familiarity. Pre-assessments are tailored to individuals, and the service is designed to support community integration and access to local facilities, although it is noted that the property layout is not suitable for individuals with limited mobility.
Finally, on being well-led, the management team is highly regarded for their commitment and the values that underpin the service.
