Regarding responsiveness, residents and their families are involved in care planning and reviews, with support plans regularly updated. The service actively supports residents to pursue their interests and engage in social activities, and complaints are addressed promptly and effectively.
Finally, on how well-led the service is, both staff and residents speak highly of the registered manager and provider, who are seen as supportive and dedicated. Systems are in place to monitor and maintain high-quality care, with regular reviews ensuring resident needs are consistently met.
